Directions to TBRI
From Clearwater : Take U.S. 19 South (or take the Bayside Bridge south-bound, if it is more convenient). Turn left at Ulmerton Road . After about 2-3 miles, turn right at the sign indicating Exit 686 ( Roosevelt Blvd. ). After about 3 miles, look for the blue “Tampa Bay Research Institute” sign on the right side of the highway (we are located just before Jabil Circuit Co.). Turn into the driveway near the blue "Tampa Bay Research Institute" sign. You may park anywhere in our parking lot, or you may drive around to the lake side of the building and park along the driveway leading to the main entrance. The main entrance is located under the large overhang.
From south St. Petersburg : Take I-275 North, then exit in northern St. Petersburg at Exit 686 East ( Roosevelt Blvd. ). We are on the right side of the highway about 1/4 mile after taking this exit (we are located just before Jabil Circuit Co.). Turn into the driveway near the blue "Tampa Bay Research Institute" sign. You may park anywhere in our parking lot, or you may drive around to the lake side of the building and park along the driveway leading to the main entrance. From Tampa : After crossing the Howard Franklin Bridge (I-275 South) from Tampa , take the 4th Street Exit. Turn right onto Hwy. 686 ( Roosevelt Blvd. ). Bear right around the curve, then get into the left-hand lane. Proceed straight through the next stop light (the intersection with 9th Street N. , also known as Dr. M.L. King, Jr. St. N. ). Immediately after passing through this stoplight, get into the second left-hand turn lane. Make a U-turn. You will immediately see a large blue “Tampa Bay Research Institute” sign on the right side. Turn in at the driveway next to this sign. You may park anywhere in our parking lot, or you may drive around to the lake side of the building and park along the driveway leading to the main entrance. The main entrance is located under the large overhang.
